Program Specific Outcomes
On completion of program students understand Maithili Literature, Literary work, Poetry .students develop competency in speaking, writing, expressing their thoughts in more effective and impressive manner. Develop ability to use bibliographical tools for advance study in Maithili.
Course Specific Outcomes
- To learn and understand Maithili Literature.
- To learn Essay and Prose in Maithili.
- To learn and understand Maithili rachna of Jyotirishwar Thakur, Vidyapati Geet, Chanda Jha and Harimohan Jha.
- To learn and understand literary criticism, essay of dramatic poetry, study of different poets and Writers like Vidyapati, Chanda Jha and Baidhnath Mishra 'YATRI'.
- To learn and understand novel and story of maithili in modern time period like ' Atit' of Umanath Jha 'Kanyadhan' of Harimohan Jha 'Prithviputra' of lalit.
